Salmon Chowder....

This creamy chowder is made with atlantic salmon sautéed traditionally in onion and celery, with red potatoes, and finally finished off with sweet corn, a little diced tomato and real cream. Yum! A Big Bowl topped with scallions and served with cornbread and crackers for $12.95

starts with our alfredo sauce, fresh baby spinach, chopped plum tomatoes , tender chicken, and topped with Italian cheeses.

The Fungus Among Us....
starts with our alfredo sauce, scallions, italian cheeses and sauteed mushrooms. Served with a light tomato basil sauce on the side. Keep it white or drizzle it red!

The Earthy Crunchy....
starts with a basil pesto sauce, roasted peppers, and Topped with goat cheese. (no dairy)

This is my sister Barb's favorite salad...and like the movie, this salad is lusty and fun! Starts with Fresh greens, ripped fresh mozarella, sliced sweet grape tomatoes, topped with dried cranberries, and honey glazed pecans. Then finished off with a drizzle of our famous maple vingairette
